Please read these very important instructions regarding reactivating your WebChamber.com membership.

WebChamber.com is once again very excited to be supporting our online community. To help you in setting your account back up quickly and securely, we've created the following instructions. If you need assistance at any time, please use the Contact Us link at the top of any page.

Step 1.
Your login information has changed, so you will need to retrieve your new information through your email. Click on the Please Login link at the top of any page. When you do, you will find two links under the login window, "Forgot your Login ID?" and "Forgot your password?". Follow these links, enter your email address, and your login information will be sent to you.

If your email address was not found...

When you attempt to retrieve your login information, you will get a message that your email address is not on file. If that happens then follow these instructions based on your prior membership level:

If you were previously a Bronze Level (Free) member, then use the Join Today link at the top of any page and follow the instrctions for signing up. You will need to first Register for Site Access, and then Apply for Membership.

If you were previously a SilverPlus (Silver, Gold, Platinum) member, then please use the Contact Us link at the top of any page for assistance.

If your email address was found, continue with Step 2.

Step 2.
Once your access has been restored, you will need to submit an application for membership. This is necessary since the underlying structure of our member records has been significantly altered to support the new services we will be providing. Be sure to follow these instructions for renewing your prior membership and to take advantage of our special incentives!

If you had a SilverPlus membership (a Silver, Gold, or Platinum membership) at any time since we launched in 1997, we are offering you a free, full-term extension of that membership. In other words, if you had a Silver or Gold Annual membership, and even if it had expired, you can join back up for a free annual membership at the same level for NO COST! Of course, if you had a lifetime membership, you will retain that lifetime status.

But wait. There' s more! If you want to upgrade your SilverPlus membership, you will be credited with the normal price of your current membership level, and then pay only HALF-PRICE for the upgraded membership. For example, if you had a Silver Annual membership, you would have a $50.00 USD credit toward an upgrade. If you then wanted to upgrade to a Gold Lifetime membership, your cost before using your credit would be $200.00 USD (half the normal price), and then you would apply your $50.00 credit, resulting in having to pay only $150.00 USD for a Gold Lifetime membership (a $400.00 USD value).

Both of these offers are good for six (6) months, expiring at midnight on December 15, 2008.

Anyone wishing to join WebChamber.com or renew at the Bronze level, or who wants to register for access to our site without joining as a member can simply click on the Join Today link at the top of any page.
